The Resort
Of all the naturist and swingers holiday resorts and beaches in France, Cap d'Agde is probably the best known. The naturist and swingers resort of Le Cap d'Agde is a libertine, cosmopolitan and hedonistic naturist holiday resort where you can enjoy life au naturel.
The Mediterranean weather is normally ideal for summer naturist holidays and a towel and sandals are the most common fashion accessories during the day. There is a pleasant sandy beach. You can relax at beach-side bars and restaurants where you can chat over lunch or a quiet drink and watch the world go by.
At night the mood changes and one can dress as one chooses; expect to see some of the ladies in glamorous and revealing outfits.
There is good choice of restaurants that cater for most tastes and pockets. The shops supply most of your needs throughout your stay. There is a post office and cash-dispensers.
For those with hedonism in mind, most
of the night-clubs and bars cater for liberally minded couples and swingers.
There are many shops where the girls can buy lingerie and outfits not
normally available in the boutiques at home. Most of these shops also
sell items designed to stimulate your sex life. Health clubs can offer
a relaxing or sensual massage. You can indulge yourself in a Jacuzzi,
sauna or beauty treatment.

By booking your accommodation and travel direct you can you can have an exclusive naturist and swingers holiday at prices that are normally cheaper than the traditional package companies.
Prices are for the accommodation (not per person).
There are no empty place supplements or surcharges.
There is normally free use of a swimming
pool with all flats and villas.

Arrival is normally after 5 pm and departure is before 12 noon.

The fishing port and seaside town of La Turballe
La Turballe is an important fishing port and small seaside resort with a naturist beach.
There is a wide choice of restaurants to suit all tastes.
We have:
A SMALL ONE BEDROOM COTTAGE
KerShed is located in the Fourbihan area of La Turballe.
There is a small supermarket and boulangerie within 100 yards of the cottage plus a bar and restaurant within easy walking distance.
The main town, port and beach of La Turballe are within walking distance or an easy 5 minute drive.
The cottage is a converted animal shed and grenier located in a small courtyard surrounded by typical local cottages.
A very basic, small cottage.
Small paved terraced garden with a southerly aspect. Stand for a portable barbeque
Small ground floor living room with settee, garden table and chairs, basic kitchen facilities, fridge, microwave, and two ring hob unit.
The shower is on the ground floor.
Narrow but fairly easy winding stairs to first floor with original beams (mind your head!). Double bed, clothes hanging rail and shelves. The wc and wash basin are in the bedroom.
Parking is in the road adjacent the property.
Linen is not included.
The normal rental period is weekly from mid-day on Saturdays.

La Turballe has a long sandy beach, called ''La Grande-Falaise'' extending from the south of the port to the Helio-marine centre of Pen-Bron.
The naturist part of the beach is backed by dunes and pine trees and starts next to the south side of ''Les Chardons Bleus'' camp site.
The start of the naturist beach is marked by the tall stone obelisk at the south corner of the camp site.
Follow the Boulevard de la Grande Falaise travelling south from La Turballe on the D92 towards for Pen Bron.
There is a car park opposite the camp site and paths on either side of the campsite lead to the beach.
There is also further access to the beach from the Boulevard de la Grande Falaise through the pine forest that backs onto the dunes and beach.
You can also park near the Pen-Bron end and continue on foot for ten minutes through the pine trees and sand dunes until you reach the beach.
The Pen-Bron area is classified as a site of natural and valuable ecological interest which also includes the the salt marshes (les marais salants) , the sea inlet at Le Croisic and the hillsides approaching Guerande.
Near the cottage is the church at Trescalan, a top the highest hill at the edge of La Turballe, which offers a view over the marshes.
La Turballe is one of the many ports and seaside resorts in the Guerande Peninsular known locally as the "Presqu'ile Guerandaise",
The Guerande Peninsula is surrounded by water. It stretches out from the Atlantic Ocean (West) to the Briere Regional Nature Reserve (East), and from the river Vilaine (North) to the Loire's estuary (South).
Guerande is in the heart of the peninsula called "Presqu'ile Guérandaise", which includes the towns, of La Baule, Le Croisic, Pornichet, Batz-sur-Mer, Le Pouliguen, La Turballe and Piriac.
The fortified medieval walled town of Guerande is one of the best preserved and complete in France. Its circumference reaches 1,000 meters.
The main towns around Guerande are Saint-Nazaire and Nantes on the east side and Vannes to the north-west.
Guérande is known for its salt ''fleur de sel''. Down through the centuries, the harvest and the trade of salt have sculpted not just the landscape but also the architecture of the saltworkers' villages, the ports and the areas of fortification. Currently the Guerande Peninsula contains about 2,000 hectares of salt marshes, divided into 2 salt basins :
* the Batz-Guerande basin, straddling the districts of Batz-sur-Mer, Guérande, La Turballe, Le Croisic and Le Pouliguen.
* the Mes basin in the district of Saint-Molf, Asserac and Mesquer.
* The bay of La Baule is one of the star attractions of La Baule - Presqu'ile de Guérande. One of France's leading large seaside resorts, this bay is also sometimes considered as the most beautiful European beach. The main beaches are those of La Baule, Pornichet and Le Pouliguen. plus the nearby beaches of Batz-sur-Mer, La Turballe, Mesquer and Penestin and the fishing ports de of Le Croisic and La Turballe.
Saint Nazaire has a major harbour, on the right bank of the Loire River estuary, near the Atlantic Ocean. The town is at the south of the second-largest swamp in France, called "la Briere". The marshland of the Briere is rich in flora and fauna, and navigation is possible with boats called chalands.
There are around 3000 thatched roof cottages dotted throughout the area.
Given its location, Saint-Nazaire has a long tradition of fishing and shipbuilding. During their occupation of France in WW2 the Germans built U-Boat Pens which stand to this day.
The Loire is the longest river in France and is famous for its Chateaux.
Nantes is the capital city of the Pays
de la Loire region and Loire-Atlantique département. It is also the
major city of the historic province of Brittany, and culturally remains
strongly identified with it.
